“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size for London and the bathroom was new- we were in the new wing. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Location is good for the underground as is between two stations. Wifi always worked and signal was good.”

“We arrived at the hotel early on Sat morning off a 6.30 flight, we just wanted to leave our bags and come back to check in later. The hotel was easy to find from the tube station, the staff on the reception desk were outstanding, i have never received such a warm and friendly welcome, we were 4 work colleagues travelling together so were pretty tired, hungry and giddy.....we were offered breakfast and our bags were taken from us and tagged, overall, we couldnt say enough about this hotel, great location, staff were exceptional, bedroom was spotless and a great shower. we will definitely return again when we are over next.”

“The staff on both day and night shifts were excellent especially Patrick and Lucas helping us to find out way around and providing us with maps to assist. They went out of their way to help whenever they could. Breakfast was very busy on the Saturday morning which was to be expected for a weekend. Food was plentiful, hot and of a great standard.
