“Was really disappointed. Just not what we expected in holiday inn.”
“The desk staff was amazing, especially Rosalyn. She was gracious and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Publix next door was great, we ended up getting deli food for dinner prior to leaving on our cruise. There are several other places to eat within a short walking distance. Room was fine, bathtub could use fresh caulk.”
“Staff was exceptionally warm and friendly; clearly above nearly all hotel staff and made the stay a pleasure. Jade was extremely accommodating to our somewhat odd requests given our travel circumstances, Greg was very helpful carrying groceries for my girlfriend, and breakfast was awesome. “This HI Express is a step above the rest. I enjoyed the covered pool area in the mornings for a quiet time, and the breakfast bar employee, Joyce, is a gem! We walked to the beach each day and it was only a 5 minute walk. Our family came for the day and what a great time we had. We finished the day at the Tokyo Grill that night, (across A1A from hotel) food was delish and had left overs for lunch.”
“The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. Centrally located to all the activities we had planned, and the bonus was watching a liftoff from Cape Canaveral from the window in our room.”

“From the first encounter of the check-in staff to the end of our stay at departure we were treated like family or better, like best friends. “Everyone was great!! Specially the lady in the front desk. Very friendly she gave us a great tip on Fourth of July! To attend the fireworks! She has great positive energy! Just wish I had remembered her name. She does have a small tattoo on her right hand of a flower!”
