“The stay was generally fine, however we arrived late with our pet to then find out that the charge was a 50.00 non refundable fee. While it did mention a pet fee on the site, it did not clearly state the amount and that it was non refundable. The room was clean and was overall nice, but I really think that full disclosure on the actual fee would have been helpful. The front check in person was polite, but not very welcoming.”
