“I had book a double bed, which I did not get, I was not able to take a hot shower, the water was luck warm. I could not fine the ice machine, and where we park we had to walk all the way around to the front, we could not use the side doors. We it was time for our room to be services, the bed line was not changed and then they left the bag of trash in the comer by the front door. The room was hot, we turn the air on but keep blowing warm air”
