“The orange juice was watered down. I told the kitchen help so she replaced the box in the dispenser but did not reset the ratio of water to concentrate so the new juice was just as weak. I told the front desk and he involved the general manager. I informed him that in my long career, I had stayed overnight a bit over 7000 nights in hotels and the mattress and breakfast did not live up to the Holiday Inn Express Brand. Most Holiday Inn Expresses have fairly decent mattresses. I pay extra for comfort. If I wanted an uncomfortable mattress I can find a room for half of the price I paid them and buy my own breakfast. My only reasons for paying more is a good night's rest.”
