“Room was set at 55 degrees when we checked in...unhappy about that detail. Pancake machine was broke. WiFi password changed while we were there and had to go to desk twice to retrieve it. The pool area was freezing!!! My little girl tried to swim, but couldn’t do it and that was one of the reasons for booking there. The hot tub was COLD and they said it would be a couple hours until it got fixed!! Um, that was after check-out :(. Overall, we were very unhappy about the stay. I would not recommend this place.”
