“The staff is always excellent at this location. There is a nice lady who takes care of the breakfast area. She reminds me of my grandma and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. They feature hatch green chili at breakfast and it's spicy!!! So good! Rooms are clean, quiet and exactly what you need after coming over Raton pass. The location of the hotel is legit, right off the interstate. It takes a tiny bit of navigation to work your way around to the parking lot, but the morning exit to the interstate is very rapid.”

“Barbara is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to help the customers. We were on our way to the hospital in Denver so depressed and difficult to please. Barbara picked up on the fact that we needed a little help and stepped right in. Happy hour a welcome perk, but could be expanded a bit, after all if you are going to do it at all, then do it well is my philosophy. There are no decent restaurants in Raton, so maybe you could expand and charge 5 dollars or so. Think cucumber sandwiches.”
“After traveling for 12 hours, relaxing in the hot tub, followed by sleeping on the amazing bed with "to die for" pillows, allowed us to travel again for another 12 hours the following day! Not to mention the variety and delicious breakfast the next morning!”
