“When we walked in we were greeted by Lexi. I asked her if I could tell her my tale of woe and she agreed. I explained that the previous night we had been awakened every 2 hours by my husband's oxygen turning itself off. We were exhausted. She gave us a wonderful room and said to have a nice nap. When we came back downstairs after a 2 hour nap, she asked if we slept well and did we feel better. She was so nice and made us feel like she was truly a friend. What a great employee you have in Lexi. Also, the room was lovely, bed most comfortable, pillows soft and the towels were a really good quality. We missed breakfast as we wanted to be on the road again at 5am. But coffee and a banana hit the spot.”
