“We were flooded out of our home (only about 5 miles from this hotel) by Hurricane Harvey on the night of August 27th. On the 28th, we walked out of our home in waist deep water with nothing but a small bundle of clothes. A friend picked us up and drove us to the hotel. We arrived shortly after 12:00 noon looking like drowned homeless people. The staff treated us with great courtesy and allowed us to check in early. These guys were awesome and very professional and compassionate under extremely difficult circumstances.”
