“Rooms were booked and when arrived only 1,was available that had 2 beds..was told that booking.com had booked rooms that were not available.no other acceptable accomodation was offered..had to make arrangements to stay elsewhere and had to call multiple places to get a room.also was told only reason one room was available was due to a cancellation otherwise no rooms were available. Josh at the front desk was neither helpful or accommodating and was very rude..observed him several times laying on the desk with his elbows resting his head like he was sleeping.”
