“Clean rooms with nice staff, one floor for smokers and a few for non-smokers. Tidy and cozy place. Located near many restaurants and shopping centres.”
“The hotel is an excellent 3star hotel; only 6 months old. Good value for money. I have stayed in different hotels in the area and I find this to be the nicest so far. Breakfast, although mainly based on Asian food, is complimentary....perhaps as an introductory offer. Staff is efficient and courteous. They gave me a late checkout with no questions asked; not like other hotels. Sheets and bathroom were impeccable! I'm a frequent flier and I find this hotel to be one above the rest in its category.”
“The bed and room were comfortable, staff were helpful (cleaning staff, bell men) and a staff helped when the washing machines were puzzling to operate at first). The hotel is just suitably equipped with DIY washing machines and a small gym. Breakfast was good with a adequate range to feast on. Hotel was also near good eating places such as Dijakarta Cafe.”

“Location was good and bed and pillows very comfortable, as was the room in general. Staff were helpful. However in a tropical climate the hotel needs to provide the option of a light cotton blanket, rather than a doona/quilt on the bed. A few more non-Indonesian options for breakfast foods would be great too eg scrambled eggs/omelettes and nicer coffee (but I'm being picky here). Also, allow more time to get to the airport than indicated by staff. I almost missed my plane. Jakarta traffic is horrendous. To be safe, leave at least 4-4.5 hrs beforehand!”
