“A really excellent hotel. The reception staff were brilliant. One gripe only concerned the buffet breakfast which was advertised as available to 0930. We started ours at 0922 but at 0935 the staff started to clear everything away. It was annoying as I was looking forward to a relaxed breakfast. To be fair the staff were happy to retrieve items such as butter and jam when requested but it was not a good the experience I had in mind. They also were good enough to serve someone who arrived looking for breakfast at 0940, so I don't understand the rush to clear away shortly after 0930”

“The staff were extra friendly especially Anne she’s a credit to the hotel and the trainee foreign girl on the reception she’s also a credit to the hotel. The breakfast was perfect. Especially the hot chocolate and the Nutella. The juice machine is a great idea too rather than jugs of fresh juice left out like in some other hotels. Bacon was made perfect and the offer of a tray to take your food up to your room was an added bonus.”
