“Room excellent although the instructions for operating the room thermostat ( on the left as you come in are placed on a wall mounted card in 5 pt type ( ie very small) not at eye level but at a height of 3 ft”
“Had an issue with the on site parking, no space was available, but the member of staff went out of his way to help us, eventually finding a space. Was also given complimentary drink for the hassle and extra wait to check in. Excellent service!”
“Decent breakfast. Attentive breakfast room staff. Friendly reception staff. Free newspapers every day. Good-sized room. Comfortable. Good lighting. WiFi always worked. No safe. There’s an iron and ironing board. Location is near 4 tube lines and the #9 bus that takes you to the central city. Lots of pubs, fast food places and shops nearby. St Paul Hammersmith is in the area and has a cafe with good food and WiFi. Close to a Catholic Church, too. Short walk to the Thames riverfront with a path that runs for miles - there are pubs and restaurants along the path as well as the Bishop’s Palace and park and even a football stadium. Lots of shelving in the bathroom.”
