“Lovely staff greeted us when we arrived at reception and helped us to locate the nearest car parking facilities which were only a few minutes away and really good value for money. All staff in the hotel whenever they passed us would say hello and smile which was really nice to see. The breakfast in the morning was also lovely, lot of choice and all kept very clean and tidy. Really enjoyed it! When we were leaving a lovely young man who I think it said he was in operations management was really good In helping us to work out the best way to the motorway, really friendly and would definitely stay here again. Also a great location if you're visiting the Manchester arena, went to see Adele and this was in a brilliant location!”
