“There was a lounge chair with a foot stool and a floor lamp perfect for reading and relaxing before turning in for the night. It is very difficult for an older person to sit comfortably in most hotel rooms. This one was perfect. The large window brightened the room with natural light. The room was clean, attractive, had a refrigerator (a must for a diabetic's insulin) and a micro in addition to a coffee maker. It was the best room of our entire trip to four different states.”

“My husband got sick in the middle of the night in the bathroom on the last night of our stay. I went down to the front desk to see if anyone in housekeeping was on duty and no housekeeping. Jim was on night desk duty and we was able to get us in the room next door and was concerned about my husband, which was great. When we checked out, he asked how my husband was doing. Great customer service!”
