“I had to return rental car to airport and hotel sent shuttle to bring me back”

“The front desk lady who was on duty at 10:30 p.m. (our arrival time), when we told her we had hoped to catch the last few minutes of the Utah Jazz basketball playoff game but that we had probably missed it, said, "Well, let's see if we can get it on the TV in the dining room." By her willingness to give extra service we had an enjoyable time watching the last 5 min. of the game and saw the Jazz win! Also, the pillows were so soft my husband told me we need to get rid of the pillows we have and get some just like them (I felt them, and I think they may have been down pillows; very comfortable). Many good options for breakfast food.”
