“The hotel offers easy access to the freeway and a quick trip into pricey Santa Barbara. Quiet, perfectly clean, bounteous buffet breakfast and the staff were angels. Misplaced my key twice and nothing but smiles. Also left half dozen dress shirts and ties in the drawers [ out of sight, out of mind ] and they are mailing them to me as a courtesy. Does not get better than that!!!!”
