“Two things are of utmost importance in a hotel -- the bed must be comfy and the shower must be hot and powerful. HI covers those both perfectly. Then, to have the breakfast offerings be so varied and stellar adds more WOW. And then to have the staff go out of their way to make your stay wonderful -- what more can I say? Jason, the early morning (4 am!) desk manager the day of my departure -- you capped off a wonderful week's stay with service far beyond the expected. Thank you!”
“Nice facility. Room spotless. Roomy and not cramped, and new beds which were very comfortable. 4 pillows on each bed. Large TV, fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom which was very clean. Best of all, a shower that actually had a decent water flow. Very welcome considering how many hotels use such low flow shower heads that you can barely rinse shampoo out of your hair. Ice machine and vending on each floor. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast room tasteful and comfortable with nearly every breakfast option you could imagine, though oddly, no waffle iron. Instead they had a machine that spit out pancakes at the touch of a button. A wide variety of choices of bread, muffins, milk, juice, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc.”
