“The staff went over and above to clear up a reservation mistake probably by me. Also the staff was very gracious due to the pending bad storm and early departure of guests. They went out of their way knowing we were leaving before breakfast to make sure and have a couple things available and fresh coffee. We were very happy and appreciative of that not many places would go over and above like they did.”
