“The swimming pool was on the first floor and when you came out you had to walk down the hallway that led from the lobby to the elevator. The floor and the elevator was always wet which made it possible to fall all the time.”
“We enjoyed our stay and the staff did an excellent job. However, we did have a few items that we feel can be corrected. The shower head was faced outward and the water hit me in the face and flooded the floor. On the second night there were no coffee pods or tea. The tea bag I used the night was still in the Kuerg when we returned the next day. We also didn't have a bag to get ice the second day. We returned late so I didn't want to call the desk about these issues.”

“Wonderful hotel! Good location, with every store and restaurant for your needs right around the corner! Friendly and accommodating staff! Delicious breakfast with serving hours, that gave you the option to sleep in longer and not to be rushed! Spacious, well equipped rooms! Clean bathrooms and shower/bathtub! Guest laundry on the premises and personally most important for me: most friendly and efficient maid staff, which made up our room everyday, like we were new guests! Wonderful!!! We will be back!”
