“location. Our room was between rooms that were obviously families and were VERY loud and noisy from 5am to 1am. My sister and I were celebrating my 65th birthday and the location was perfect with Bayside Market across the street and port so close before our cruise.”
“Stayed here for 1 night before getting on cruise. Port is short distance away. The hotel has a shuttle for a small fee. You cannot walk to terminal as there is a bridge to go over. The Bayside Market Place is right across the street and has lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Metro Mover, which is free, is right behind the hotel which we used to go to a great Cuban restaurant. Rooms in the hotel were excellent and the lobby had plenty of room to hang out with friends. We would definitely stay there again.”
“Nothing! This was the worst place I think Ive ever stayed at. We ere 3 women by ourselves from another state and we had to get all of our luggage out of car and to our room by ourselves. The security open the door and then went and sat down. Hotel staff did not greet us. We were awakened out if our sleep by some old man who banged on our door like a omb had went off! Called front desk and they said they were coming To check on us and never did! Valet parked our car that night and that morning we were told we had to go get our car! Just unbelievable!”
