“They changed my room from a king to a queen without asking or even discussing it with me. The tv did not work for the entire first night. When I called about fixing it, they said they would come right up. Not only did they not, they didn't even write down that they were supposed to.”

She was on constantly throughout the storm with a smile and great attitude. She was front desk, resetting the elevator, etc. one of the best we have met. The short handed staff at this facility did everything they could to help during this hurricane.”
“The floors were extremely clean and my wife is very particular about cleanliness. The bathroom had marble floors and you could walk barefoot and feel how clean the floors were. It was great 👍🏽 and really put us at ease about staying there. The breakfast 🍳 was really good and way more than I could eat (and I normally eat a lot)... Very nice stay over all.”

“Hotel was as in online pictures. Lobby, restaurant, bar and patio are very nice and inviting. Staff were friendly. Room was nice. Liked the magnified mirror in bathroom. Keurig coffeemaker and K cups in room were a surprise so you can bring your favorite flavor to use. Ate breakfast which was good with a view of the marsh. It was quiet and relaxing.”
