“The plumbing was so poor, the toilet overflowed and fortunately I was able to stop it or the hotel would have had some serious problems with damage. While the toilet was overfowing and we were trying to stop the water my partner called the front desk. Nobody answered! This was at check out time! I tried again. Nobody answered! The third time we called and she finally answered and didnt even know what room we were in. We had to confirm it with her. We couldnt take a shower when we checked out. It was a miserable experience.”
