“Lovely view across the marina at breakfast and the sunshine flooded in through the window. Good choice of food, including some freshly cooked choices at breakfast. Vegetarian options available. Easy and convenient car parking. Newspapers available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They moved us into a different room when the bathroom cold tap stopped working. This room was a lot nicer as it had a view of the marina. Good location, close to restaurants and excellent museums.”

“I liked the fact that an email I sent to the hotel before my visit was read and acted upon. I was sharing a room with my mother who has Parkinson's Disease and we were allocated a large room with grab rails in the bathroom which made things much easier for her. I specified that we were in Hull to celebrate my Mum's 90th so we were given a room with a view of the Marina. I really appreciated that.”
