“I came to Joburg from London to my brothers funeral There was a lady on reception and she was slight of build about 5 ft 5 inches tall and she was absolutely remarkabe and kind to me I was tearful on arrival and she gave me tissues and sat me down with tea (FREE!) AND i NEED THE ROOM A FEW EXTRA HOURS ON THE sUNDAY TO GET BACK FROM THE FUNERAL AND CHANGE AND GET READY TO FLY home She allowed me extra time in the room and she just felt so kind and caring it was heartwarming.
