“We booked a Kingsize room and we recieved a double room. When we raised this, we were informed that there were no kingsize rooms left. We did get a refund on this cost. There was also a wedding on, which meant we could not get any food in the bar, and we had to have room service. This service was slow and we were on a way to a wedding, so this made timings tight. We left our plates/tray outside the door as requested at 2.15pm. This was not removed when we got back to our room at 1am. The room was also only made up for 1 person, with one towel, 1 cup and refreshments. Many of the plugs did not work, and there was louis around the window.”
