“I ARRIVED TO NEW ORLEANS BY THE AMTRAK TRAIN KNOWN AS THE CRESCENT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO NEW ORLEANS AND, BY THE WONDERFUL RECEPTION THAT I RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGEMENT AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS LOCATED ON LOYOLA AVENUE, THIS WILL NOT BE MY LAST TIME VISITING THE 'BIG EASY'. THE MANAGEMENT AND THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN I ARRIVED AND CHECKED IN. MY BEDROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE VIEW FROM MY HOTEL ROOM WAS AWESOME. I HAD A VIEW OF NEW ORLEANS AND SLIGHTLY BEYOND! MY BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, SO COMFORTABLE I FELT AS THOUGH I MELTED RIGHT INTO MY PILLOW ANS WENT INSTANTLY ASLEEP . MIND YOU, I WAS NOT TIRED BECAUSE I RODE IN A SLEEPING CAR AS I TRAVELED TO THE CRESCENT CITY. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. I ENJOYED MY MEAL. THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL ASSISTING ME WITH DIRECTIONS REGARDING WHEREABOUTS SUCH AS MUSEUMS, RESTAURANTS AS WELL AS OTHER POINTS OF INTERESTS.”

“Very good room, all with small balcony. Very comfy bed. Nice swimming pool outside on 8th floor. Convenient guest laundry room (not free $2 per load). Very good a la carte breakfast, or choose your own combinations from buffet. Good location, 10 - 15 minute walk to bourbon street and other sites downtown.”

“Central, safe location within walking distance of many things including the Superdome. Easy and convenient (secure) parking worth the nominal fee. Rooms were well appointed. Beds extremely comfortable. Linens, towels, bathroom, and floors SUPER clean (this the opinion of one diagnosed with OCD). Staff always spoke, inquiring about status and needs. Daily paper delivered to door a bonus. The New Orleans' "street" artwork. :)”
