“Location was good as it is close to OKC airport. I wish they could provide the airport shuttle service 24*7. The biggest disappointment was the poor Wi-Fi signal in my room. It is certainly not expected from a reputed hotel.”
“The coffee pot in the room was broken, and they double charged my credit card for the room, and the manager still hasn't called me back. But the room and everything else was clean and comfortable. “The atmosphere was very inviting. Had a home away from home feel. Very family friendly. We were scheduled to stay at the embassy suites on 12/3 but decided to come in town early. Embassey was booked so we stayed here. We liked it so much, we were able to cancel our reservation at embassey and stay here another night. Highly recommend it.”
