“We got a quite spacious room with the view. There's a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find pretty much everything. The staff were very helpful, especially regarding my questions about transportations. There is a nice swimming pool which is rarely used, so there are time slots when you can have it just for yourself.”
“Reception members need to learn a bit more English. Holiday inn is an international hotel but the level of English spoken was poor. Reception staff were as accommodating as they can be. Concierge was really good, helped us book a few taxis with no issues. Very helpful staff at concierge. Even helped find us cheaper routes to the airport. Really liked the fact that our cleaner as well as the staff at the breakfast hall was a really friendly and very friendly. Bar staff were also very nice and polite. The whole family had massages downstairs which was also very nice. Staff there were extremely nice and very professional.”
“I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and the staff was attentive and helpful. They also spoke English, which is very helpful for travelers that do not speak Mandarin. The bed was comfortable, which can also be hard to come by at Chinese hotels, if you do not like really hard beds. The front desk also called a cab to take me to the airport, which was helpful.”
