“The room we were in was right next to the lift shaft and the fan from the kitchen was outside the window. So there was little sleep had!!The door to the staircase was next to our room which was slamming shut all day. When we brought this to the staffs attention we were told they would look into this, nothing was done. When checking out and informed the staff again we were told when booking again to ask for the receptionist by day and she would insure we would not be put in the same room again!!!!”
