“Good location and property of very good standard and clean condition throughout”
“A great guesthouse in new Sukhothai. 5 min walk to the Sat walking street, 10min walk to all the best rated tripadvisor restaurants & 7/11 2min away. A songthaew to the heritage park only 30thb. Best of all, the family that run this guesthouse are the kindest people. The lady and her son went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Fresh water & snacks left in our room daily, cooked bfast every morning and even rang the bus company to book our tickets for us. Working aircon, clean bathroom - what more could you want!”
“Very nice hotel with very kind and caring owners. I felt embraced and cared for. It's close to the center by walking and you get soon used to the city. Very very clean and no bugs! It's also near the dream cafe, wich I recommend. ”
“Very nice and clean room with all the perks- fridge, water, snacks, ac, hair dryer, tv, plenty of power outlets. Excellent location with a 7-11 nearby, and within walking distance to great restaurants and the night market that takes place on Saturdays. Great to visit Old Town Sukhothai and then return here for a nice and quiet place to sleep. Staff was excellent and took care of my laundry. A wonderful place all-around!”

“Extremt vänlig och välkomnande värdfamilj som verkligen gjorde vad de kunde för att du skulle ha en bra vistelse. Fräscht och väldigt välstädat. Badrummet bland det renaste o bästa vi haft på resan. Trevligt med gratis dryck o snacks som fylldes på dagligen. Helt OK frukost i detta landet.. Bra läge parallellt med huvudgatan men helt tyst och lugnt på natten. Återkommer gärna om passerar Sukhothai igen.”
