“The only boutique/design hotel in central Taipei and very conveniently located. Excellent value for money (perhaps a promotion as it's so new at the moment?). I felt very at ease and comfortable. One relatively minor issue was dealt with extremely well and I felt very satisfied. I don't mind when things go wrong, provided the hotelier deals with it well. In this case I was offered an immediate change of room and an upgrade and that was exactly the right response. Amazing "gym palace" next door that guests can use on a complimentary basis. “The staff were ready to provide assistance to requests for restaurant reservation, how to reach certain tourist attractions. Their efforts to ensure the room is tidy and clean is apprieciated when I was in the room and the cleaning staff cannot come in. The counter staff call in to check with me.”
