“For our future stay at The hotel, I won't phone for the shuttle close to or during lunch time because we had to wait for almost an hour to be picked up by the Hotel shuttle van. In addition, the van had to stop at the hospital for a walk out patient. I was told that's the real purpose of the hotel van. Lastly, it was a new experience for me stopping to pick up patients. Nevertheless, it was nice to be picked up by the hotel.”
