“The hotel was attractive and very historic. Only a few troubles. First off, the rooms had poor lighting. Next, our refrigerator was not clean and the bulb was burnt out. (I did let the front desk know. "OUR MAINTENANCE IS OFF DUTY ON THE WEEKENDS SO I WILL TRY TO GET SOMEONE TO BRING YOU A BULB" Sad. After 4 hours, I went back to front desk & a gentleman was finally sent with the bulb.) Next, the blinds were falling away from the wall. (Yes, I took a picture) And out the window were homeless people sleeping on the ground. Not attractive. I did list these troubles and let the management know. NOW at checkout, we were not given a receipt!! "IT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE YOU A TOTAL EITHER" Not appreciated at all.”
