“Just about everything in the room was amazing. The bed was incredibly soft, the bathroom was very clean. I almost always put the do not disturb sign up at hotels I stay at, nornally housekeeping skips the room when going through so if I need more towels or anything else I have to call down to the front desk. At Homewood rather than just skipping it they packed a laundry bag with towels and toiletries and hung it from the door handle. That small act shows that Homewood cares more about there customers than most hotels. The location was great, just off the highway and around the corner from the local Walmart. It's only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Franklin and only about 5 minutes to Coolsprings. It's just a great location for local shopping and nightlife.”
