“The location couldn't be better on Puerto Ayora”

“The location was the best part about our stay at this place. It's on the main road so easy access to taxis, walking distance to the pier, shops, restaurants. Also an amazing view of the ocean from the Balcony. the personal very friendly and helpful specially Fernando always there for any question we had + a simple but delicious breakfast... thank for that :) and our room was always clean. we definitely will stay there again :)”

“The hostel was very clean. I received excellent service from Fernando and Zeida. They are anxious to please and help with tours to other islands and surrounding activities. Wi-Fi was always very good. I had a beautiful view of the harbour. It was an amazing stay in Puerto Aroya.”

“Fernando for sure. He immediately took care for his guest; my daughter is traveling solo and does not know Spanish. My daughter's room developed a problem with some noise and could not sleep; i communicated by phone and she was immediately "upgraded"to another room and when she started to get her knee infected (from scrapes at sea) he immediately brought to her the First Aide Kit. I am fortunate to have entrusted my daughter at this hostal. Fernando took care of both issues late at night,without hesitation. He even offered to take her to the hospital,which was not necessary. I am relieved that there are caring people out there who treat a guest as one of their own. I will go to this hostel one day to personally thank Fernando in taking care of my daughter during her solo adventure. She sent me pictures of the rooms. They are clean and spacious. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. ”

“No personnel, no WiFi over weekend; I was almost alone on Saturday. The only person from staff - a cleaning lady - has gone and there was no internet connection. Despite this I was absolutely satisfied with my stay because I enjoyed the bay view, sitting alone on the terrasse.”
