“We spent two nights here and can highly recommend Hostellerie du Chateau. The Staff are friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. The breakfast was good and the dinners two of the best we ate at during our visit to the Loire Valley. The bedroom was not large but there was an extra room that we could use and the combined space was absolutely adequate. There was no lift but the Staff were very willing to help with the luggage. We visited the chateaux in Chambord (45 minutes drive) and Chaumont (just a ten minute walk starting right across the road from the hotel) from here and it saved time being able to buy the entrance tickets from the reception. Bravo for service, food and placing.”
