“The hotel is well located, right in the heart of the old town; although the room was small, it was clean and the beds comfortable. The communication on staff's part was excellent in order to give us access on the property on a Sunday afternoon when reception is not manned. The breakfast was generous and it was served in the hotel's bar by a polite waitress.”

Nicer than we expected for this low price (the lift was a welcome surprise.) We easily found free overnight parking nearby. Great to see tourists photographing the actual 3 arches. “The location in the town of Besalu was great - room was lovely - please note that if you are planning to check in on a Sunday afternoon after 2pm, separate arrangements will need to be made because reception is shut but they email all the details for you. Lovely hotel and beautifully presented breakfast as well!”
“It's a very comfortable hotel, located at a walking distance to the center of the village. Breakfast is very good with a very kind service.
