“The room was very nice, lovely clean and modern, we took the suite which also had a hot tub (a proper one!) on the balcony, we had a little difficulty getting it working but a call to reception and they sent someone who fixed it and got it working right away. The reception staff and evening bar staff were really nice and helpful, in particular the check in lady was very welcoming and happy to assist when asked a question. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the tube station so it is easy to connect to other areas of the city, it is also near the statues so you can just walk to that. We ate dinner once in the hotel which we don't usually do, the food was fine, not amazing but perfectly enjoyable, the balcony where the bar has a great panoramic view of the city and we had the good fortune to watch an electrical storm whilst we enjoyed our drinks and dinner from that balcony which made it really special.”
