“We were the victims of thieves at the Rome Central Terminal. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short but the staff at Hotel 5 Terre was very accommodating. As we arrived late on Friday with only US CASH and had to wait until Monday for the bank to open the hotel staff advanced us Euro's on our credit card on file as we had no Credit Cards.”

“The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you want to spend time in the "New Town" (although the "Old Town" is only about 15 minutes' walk). There's a large outdoor seating area that is very pleasant in the evenings. There are a few other hotels on the street, but otherwise it's residential, so it's very quiet at night.”
