“Amazing transit hotel. We booked the room because we were supposed to arrive 8pm, sleep few hours and keep going to our train at 3am. Happened that our flight was late so we made it to hotel around midnight. The staff were super nice! We only had two hours to sleep and they helped us with bags and getting to room and it was all super smooth. In the night they did the wake up call, had breakfast for us to go (in the middle of the night! We're talking about 3am, this meant the world to us!) And taxi ready to drive us to train station. Rooms were clean, bed huge, hot water in the shower and air con working, everything just as described. I never saw the hotel in day light, but I have a feeling it's actually pretty pretty too with an artistic touch, chess boards to play with and huge windows to let the light in.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. But the best thing is BREAKFAST!! So much to choose from for the amount I paid for. For breakfast, they served chicken, rice, vegetables, good portions of fruits , bread etc... it was like in a five-star hotel!! I would really like to stay there if I visit Surabaya next time... the hotel is located in central Surabaya, very near to the main Gubeng train station and just 10 minutes' walk from the nearest shopping mall.”
