Lower floor rooms cannot be guaranteed.<br><br>Please note that this is a smokers friendly hotel, that allows smoking in all rooms. There is no guarantee of a completely smoke-free room, but they can be aired upon request.<br><br>Payment is required upon arrival. Preferably in cash, but we also have a credit-card machine available.<br><br>In case of a non-refundable booking we may charge your credit-card anytime after the booking is made.<br><br>Guests requiring a Visa confirmation will be requested to pay 3 nights in advance.<br><br>Please note that the credit card holder used for the booking must be one of the guests staying at the hotel. Guests are kindly requested to note that EUR 500 bills are not accepted for cash payment.

“Hotel Abba was everything I expected from reading the reviews. The staff was great, simple but good breakfast and the location is brilliant. The rooms aren't big and there are steep stairs to the rooms, but I already knew that. So for us, a young healthy couple that was no bother. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room. Went out in the morning and came back in the evening, which is the way to do it when in Amsterdam. Hotel Abba is a really good hotel if you're staying for a few nights in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. If I'm going back there, I will look for a room at Hotel Abba. Simple as that.”
