“I have stayed in this hotel many times and always find the staff to be very friendly and their English level is very good. The location is excellent for the Kiehan line railway station. The airport Limousine bus also stops just outside the hotel, very convenient. The hotel is always clean and the reception area is always very presentable.”

There was even a cultural festival in the square right outside the hotel. This is my second visit and it's always enjoyable to stay here. The staff is very helpful, as they mapped out how to get around Osaka and how to take the quick train ride to Kyoto shrine and surrounds.”
“Although we arrived early around 11.30 long before the check-in time ,we got the room as it was ready. This was unusual in Japan . Most of the time there will be extra charges for early check in. Our Japanese style triple room was quite spacious with a garden terrace. Futon beds on tatami floor was comfortable. From our room we could see Moriguchishi station but sound insulation was good enough ,when the terrace door was shut there was no sound of the passing trains”
