Pontos negativos: não há elevador. Se você for colocado no terceiro andar, são 42 degraus. Nosso apartamento, para seguir o telhado, tinha uma parte do teto rebaixada, que pode ser desconfortável, especialmente no box do banheiro, para uma pessoa alta. A localização é meio afastada das principais atrações, a menos que você queira estar perto da Expo Gramado. Esta foi a nossa opção. Se for a sua, ótimo.”
