“Convenience to shops, restaurants, buses to National parks and location to port for catching the boat to Antarctica. Staff were extremely helpful.”

“The excitement in Ushuaia and the Albatross is palpable as this is the jumping off point for Antarctica cruises, researchers and also for hiking Patagonia. Who wouldn't be excited in this place. The hotel has all the basics you would need and the staff are used to dealing with large groups and lots of luggage with people from all over the world. They explained to us that the best place to change money is the casino (who would have thought) and unless you were a resident of Ushuai you couldn't change money at the bank. This was good to know as the lines in the bank were very long.”
