“We are never able to book reservations in advance as we travel standby...I had no way of knowing there was no heat and the room I book was over a bar/lounge area and the front of property was on busy street.....week-end in that room allowed no rest. The breakfast more than met our expectations.....it was terrific.....the hotel appointments were very nice. The ease of getting around in that area was good. I met with the owner...she tries very hard to see that her guests are happy. With heat and or air depending on the season and a quieter room location we would happily stay there again.”

Very safe area and centrally located within walking distance (at most 1 mile) to all of the major attractions. We stayed at Hotel Alberto Santa Chiara six years ago and enjoyed it so much that we had to return.”
“The location of this hotel is extraordinary. There are surprises around every corner. We were especially happy with the way we were treated on our early arrival. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am and were told that our room would be ready in 45 minutes. We were invited to have some breakfast while we were waiting for the room to be ready. There was no charge for the breakfast and it was very welcome after an early morning flight.”
