“The staff at Hotel Alberta were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. They love children and are very warm toward families. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and up to date - not fancy, but great for a beach stay and convenient for a family of 3 or 4. The location is just a few blocks away from the lungomare, so is quiet but not at all far from the beach. We were there on a Monday / Tuesday, so the hotel was also very quiet - good for sleeping! During our stay, our daughter hit her head and needed to go the hospital for stitches. The whole hotel staff dropped everything to help us, bought get-well chocolates and little presents for the kids, and let us extend our stay by a day so we could enjoy the beach. I would definitely come back here just for the people and the calm, inviting atmosphere.”
“Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo per un weekend in corrispondenza del concerto dei Rolling Stones a Lucca. Roberta è stata fin da subito disponibilissima a qualsiasi nostra esigenza, anche per indicarci dei ristoranti in zona. Così cortese da lasciarci usufruire, il giorno della partenza, la camera oltre l’orario di check out. Ringraziamo te e tutto lo staff anche per le piacevoli chiacchierate. Torneremo sicuramente!!”
