“We arrived late and then went out for a drink, the staff waited for us to return rather than wait to be called by the bell. Stored our bags there the next day while we explored Pisa, room was clean and tidy and very reasonable rates.”
“The hotel was in a good location and a safe area. Close to the train station. The room was small but adequate. There was a nice outside patio where we could relax and have a drink at the end of a busy day. The staff was excellent and very attentive. It was an excellent value for the price. We are easy to please and don't need many amenities. We were very happy there. We would stay there again.”
“The staff were particularly warm and welcoming. Our room (106 - nice and quiet as requested) was large and spotlessly clean. It took us around 20 mins to walk to the airport, and only 5 mins to the train and bus station, so is perfectly located for day trips to surrounding areas. We can vouch for the good coffee, but didn't sample the breakfast. We will do next time though - it looked delicious. Overall, a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend.”
