“This hotel is definitely the most reasonably priced I've ever come across in Manhattan. Sure the space is small, but it's clean, well kept and in a good location. You won't find a more well priced deal for a decent long term stay. The free wifi was also fantastic!”

A limpeza pode ser feita uma ou duas vezes por semana de acordo com o contrato estabelecido. O Hotel está sempre disposto a resolver pequenas intercorrências e recebe qualquer tipo de encomenda ou correspondência gratuitamente. Oferece também lavanderia a um custo mínimo. Fica muito perto do metro (linhas 1, 2 e 3). A vizinhança é extremamente agradável. O custo / benefício parece imbatível.”
