“The friendly staff are so helpful with directions to get around. The Christmas decor is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and this hotel is brand new! Close to the car dealerships of Aoyama! And the 2020 olympics will be in japan and the construction of the new olympics arena is 2 blocks away from this beautiful hotel! I will definitely stay here again!”

“The room is big and clean, especially the bath room. Most of the staff are helpful and sincere, except one female staff in the reception. I went to the reception and requested her help to make reservation for a restaurant, she first told me because I will be checked out to the hotel the same day and not able to reserve a table in the restaurant, the reason is the restaurant will need to guarantee the booking, and then she started to call the restaurant, but there is no one answer, then she asked me to do the reservation online by myself and not willing to help to call the restaurant again. I have been to Tokyo for many times, this is the first time I experienced that worse customer services in Japan, that is very rare to see in Japan.”
